The ‘Circle of Life’, ‘Cycles in Life’ and the ‘Good Turns Foundation’

Late last year I visited London to watch 'The Lion King' ... a story I love and one which holds much meaning to me ...

I have watched the movie countless times and the show is not just about the Circle of Life (birth, death, new birth & re-birth) ... It's all about the many ups and downs we go through within our lives ... which I call the 'Cycles in Life' ...

Before setting up the Good Turns Foundation I planned to start a well-being programme called 'Cycles in Life' ... to help people to help one another and to help people become more mentally resilient in coping with all the ups and downs we encounter in life ... 

Out of the very sad passing of my loving mom from Covid last February, the 'Circle of Life' led to 'Cycles in Life' being 'born' within the Good Turns Foundation ... a unique not for profit Foundation with an even bigger mission ... which will now be doing what I envisioned 'Cycles in Life' would do ... and a thousand times more.

The Good Turns Foundation is now beginning it's work celebrating the good and all that is good ... thank you mom for all your love, selflessness and guidance ... for being you, for still being by my side and for helping me from afar ... I do what I do because of you and in your memory and I hope I can make you proud.
