Vision, Mission and Purpose ... our 'reason for being'

Simon Sinek, a brilliant leader who inspires me greatly, recently said ... "As we search for meaning in our lives and work, we must ask ourselves: 'What is the world I'm helping to build'? ..."

Whilst exploring this, Simon Sinek refers to vision, meaning and purpose ... and his brilliant talk is definitely worth a listen ... and it chimes and aligns very well with many inspirational leaders I greatly admire too ...

For me 'vision' is to 'see' a much better and brighter future, 'mission' is a statement of intent of what we plan to do to bring this 'vision' to life, and purpose is our 'raison d'étre' ... our 'reason for being' that connects to our hearts and minds (i.e. 'our true self', or as Simon calls it, 'our why') ...

Which aligns very well with the Good Turns Foundation ...
